Dental-Doctors of Lynchburg is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Lynchburg, VA

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic tasks off of the Office Manager’s shoulders. Front Desk Receptionist should be well-organized with great attention to detail. We want you to be skilled in providing indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the dental office as patient coordinator
  • Maintain accurate patient charting and assist with payment procedures
  • Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
  • Schedule appointments

Skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • High school diploma
  • Good computer skills
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Attention to detail
  • Additional certification or training is an asset (Dental Assisting) and may come with bonus pay.
